A Sword of Homecoming
You return to Earth, and must
now complete your debriefing. You also find that Merlin
still needs your help in being freed from Morgana's ice
spell.
- After the elevator ascends, exit the Security Lobby
and enter the first door on the left (Debriefing Room)
- Read the terminal to release Excalibur, then pick up
Excalibur
- Exit the Debriefing Room and go down the hall to the
next door, enter the Computer Lab
- Flip the switch in the north wall, then step on the
teleporter pad to the left
- Once in Avalon, walk down the path towards the
cottage and throw Excalibur into the lake
- Go to the cottage and talk to Merlin
- Follow the path to the wall, enter the door, turn
right and follow the corridor to the Enchantment room
- Walk around this room until the crystal ball enchants
you, then return to the cottage and talk to Merlin
- Now jump into the lake, swim towards the waterfall,
and flip the switch to the right of the waterfall
- Wait for the chamber to open on the left of the
waterfall, then enter the chamber and grab the key
- Return to the Avalon gate, and now enter Avalon Hall
- Grab the magic staff, then return to the cottage to
talk with Merlin
- If Excalibur has still not been received by the Lady
of the Lake (i.e., you can still see the sword in the
lake), then wait (after O'Fortuna finishes, the sword
will vanish)
- Once Excalibur is gone, use the Sword of Life on
Merlin (he will now talk to you, and bid you farewell)
- After you receive the Staff of Teleportation and it
is activate, use the staff to return to your own time
- Back in Federation Headquarters, take the east door
in the Computer Lab to the kitchen and save your game
- Exit the kitchen to the south, activate the elevator
on the left using the switch, then take the elevator up
- Follow the path past the library, past the bathroom,
through another door until you reach the roof lift
- Press the switch, then enter the roof lift, and
you'll ascend to the roof patio
- From the roof patio, activate the exit door to exit
the level and watch the EMR concluding movie
Eye Candy / Extras
- Outside the Security Lobby, walk up to the water
fountain to take a drink
- Did you notice all of your weapons in the Debriefing
room?
- Try opening the computer lab door before going to the
debriefing room
- In Avalon, after tossing Excalibur into the lake,
knights, archers and sorcerers return for Merlin's
homecoming
- In Avalon Hall, there is a 2nd exit door that you can
take through the forest
- In Federation Headquarters, after ascending the lift
near the kitchen, the first door on the right is the
library
- Enter the library and read all the terminals
- Each terminal provides credits for all of those
that worked on EMR (past and present)
- The next door on the left leads to the bathroom
- Enter the bathroom, go into the toilet stall and
flush the toilet (action key)
- This activates a secret terminal with personal
messages from various contributors to EMR
- First time you exit the bathroom, you'll receive
a reminder to flush the toilet
- Subsequent exits from the bathroom display random
messages related to the smell you left behind
